Just moved a few states after being in my hometown for 20 years. Got an offer that doubled my salary. It’s also a MUCH smaller town that the large cities I’m used to. Had to leave gf, friends, my life behind for this career opportunity. It’s my first week in this city and I feel like a stranger in a strange land.
