My brother is in his late 20s and has approx 4 (give or take) facial hairs. He’s very afraid he will never be able to grow an actual beard (like our Dad/ granddad/ other men in our family). Google tells me sometimes it can take into your mid 30s to fill in, but anecdotally I’ve heard it happens during puberty.
