I have a terrible sleep routine where I go to bed very late in the morning, usually at the dawn. Although I sleep 7-8 hours on average most of the time, I rarely get a night’s sleep, which is said to be important considering hormonal regulation, muscle growth, mood, anxiety and so forth. That said, I still tend to underestimate it. It still seems that its effects are overstated. I want to hear from those who had a terrible sleep schedule for a long time in the past, fixed it later on and really started seeing the benefits. What aspect of your life and health has it changed? When did you start noticing the benefits? submitted by /u/nuee-ardente
