Hello, Group Mutuel refused to accept that my accident was an accident and that is not their responsibility. I received the letter today. There is not reason stated and mine is clearly an accident as I tore my cruciate ligament playing beach volleyball with my friends on a Sunday afternoon. What can I do? Should I contact them? Should I contact my employer (big and famous medical institution)? How is this even legal? What should I do?
