So, this is the new regulation that is supposedly “bipartisian.” I’m not sure if that has any hope of passing, although I personally don’t see anything that sticks out as being bad, to me. I’m really confused about the IVOs. So, they don’t exist right now? I’m a little bit confused about that. Any knowledgeable about this? submitted by /u/Actual__Wizard
