My work has been getting crazy busy and I struggle to even keep up with the several things moving at once. I’m a data engineer and the way our work is handed to us has drastically changed in recent years, we’re responsible for more and more, it is what it is. Anyway at the same time I’m looking for a job and the way the job market is right now makes that chaotic, so many intros that go nowhere without a response letting you know. Anyway I keep seeing the ads for AI products you carry around and listen to everything and I know it’s being oversold and won’t be nearly as magical as advertised but are tools like this getting close to being actually useful? Could it really pick up my conversations or even let me read it a list of things and verbally update it as needed and have it produce like a daily task list? Help track personal meetings along with work? That’s not even considering the fact something like this should be FREE based on the value of the data they will collect. I’m one of the people that views this oversight as inevitable so we might as well benefit from it. submitted by /u/SoggyGrayDuck
