After burning through my entire Fable allotment by Monday of this week I spent the past few days using 5.6 Sol. Very good model but it’s either an absolute token shredder compared to 5.5 or OAI is quietly nerfing the hell out of limts: I was burning through ~40% of my weekly limit per day. I’ve spent all day hammering Opus 5 with multiple coding tasks and agents running at once and barely hit 15% of my weekly limit. Just wanted to acknowledge Anthropic (despite a lot of recent missteps) still has a fastball: Opus 5 is near-Fable level and gives you far more bang for your buck then what Codex offers right now. Hopefully Kimi and OAI keep the pressure up so we continue to get this level of service if not better. submitted by /u/seoul_drift
