Opus 5 sessions start great. Clear direction, good communication, works well. Every time I get around 250k context, it’s like the model gets lazy, stops reading files, makes guesses and wildly chases rabbit holes. I feel like Opus 4 & Fable were only degrading significantly around 500k-700k context. submitted by /u/TechnicalyAnIdiot
