Hello everyone I’m a non-EU recognized refugee, B permit since 2021 (5 years this November). I’m in my 1st year of a CFC apprenticeship, volunteer firefighter, B1 French certificate, no criminal record, debt collection . Can anyone help me understand: what conditions do I need to meet for an early Permit C as a refugee, what documents are needed, and which office do I apply to?
