For me, it’s any hidden up charges. The worst was a little Mom & Pop place we went and they added $1.00 to the bill for “water service” to bring a bottle of tap water to the table. So they “get” their dollar, but then I never do back to the restaurant again. Was it really worth it to them? Especially since I just tipped a dollar less (and, yes, it was just Mom & Pop working that day) when I paid the bill. submitted by /u/ProblematicTrumpCard
