Hey everyone! 👋 I’ve just published a video walking through the AI workflow I’ve been using to go from a rough idea to something an agent can actually build. The main structure is a North Star document for the direction, a feature brief for the next piece of work, atomic tasks with clear success conditions, selective context, subagents for independent work, and testing before I accept that something is actually finished.
