Background - naturalized swiss , early 50s, married with 2 teenage kids , wife works, speak high German , living in CH for 20 plus years , worked in banks mostly dead end IT jobs . Been unemployed for 12 months. Applied for over 100 jobs but no calls. My network in Switzerland isn’t helpful I am finally accepting the corporate and AI defeat. The market is dry. So I’m seriously thinking about switching careers especially into construction as entry requirements are easier. Anyone who has done this and any advice welcome submitted by /u/Better-Ambassador411
