This is a new direction for the game and imo it’s mostly annoying and weird. The Bank of Gielinor has always been a network of authorized people (and animals) that can access your vault. If a location is remote or uninhabited, sometimes you have to do something to connect it to the bank network. On lunar isle, you get the pirate guy as a banker. In burgh de rott, you restore the bank as part of the quest and an actual guy becomes banker. Nowadays you come to a location, see a buildable bank spot, have to come back with random supplies, and then it just becomes a chest that somehow has access to the bank network? Are we bankers? Why didn’t one of the aranea become a banker on vampyrium? Why is no one on wyrmscraig converted to banker? Why can we just invade this woman’s house and turn it into Gringotts? I don’t mind unlocking banks, but this new way is just not it for me. submitted by /u/DuxDonecVivo
