Hi all, i am currently in the situation where I have a newborn and a girlfriend and I want to get a house for us so we have more space and freedom. The last weeks I was doing research and trying to understand all the nuances when buying a house however, I wanted to hear from other buyers what their experience was. Even if you do research, after buying, was there anything that you were surprised about after buying and did not consider in the beginning?
