For background: I’m a Swiss citizen, working for a multinational company with offices all over the world. Currently I’m based in Switzerland and my work contract falls under “normal” Swiss laws. Currently we already have a working abroad policy which allows employees to work abroad for a maximum of 30 days per year. I now convinced my boss to stretch this abroad working time to several months per year and he approves of it and supports the idea. However, he asked me to evaluate what this means from a legal perspective, what contract adjustments might be necessary, what legal risks we need to manage etc. Does/did anybody have a similar work agreement and could give me some helpful advice? Thanks in advance! submitted by /u/Lothbrok8
