I’m 38M, earning around 300-400k CHFplus equity, with about 1.5M CHF in assets. My girlfriend is 35F and expects to earn around CHF 120k (no assets). We are discussing marriage and children. She prefers participation in acquisitions, while I prefer separation of property. We plan to have 1 kid, and she would like to reduce her working hours (60-80%). This is entirely her choice, as I am supportive for any decision she would like to take. In case of kids, I understand the need to compensate for lost income, pension contributions and career progression.
