Recent incident which I was a part of where I saw multiple people just pass by without giving a shit while someone is on the floor crying from pain. I’m obviously not from here and where I come from people attend people in need of help. Is this normal behaviour here where people don’t care about others that much? ( Are you scared to get sued? ) Also that one lady who stopped while in her car and asked if we were okay . God bless your soul. submitted by /u/WavesofAddu
