LLMs keep getting better, but every company I talk to seems to hit the same wall: their knowledge is scattered across PDFs, Word docs, shared drives, emails, and cloud storage. Even the smartest model isn’t very useful if it can’t securely find the information people actually need. I’m starting to think that content management and permissions are becoming just as important as the AI model itself. Curious what others think.
