I tried to create a ricardo.ch account, but my phone number is already used on another account. I completely forgot which mail I used for that, and I can’t find it… So I contacted the support and told them I want to reset my phone number. They said I need to make call to an AI that will validate my phone number. When I call it, It’s in german, and I can’t change the language… I don’t understand anything… Do you know if it’s possible to translate live a phone call ? Has anyone gone through this and knows what it’s saying ? I can send the phone number if you want to try to call it to understand what is says submitted by /u/suguuss
