Hey I have a personal claude max account on one email. I gifted a 1 month $200 max to my new work email, however it can’t be used because it shares the same billing as my personal so they both share same rate limit. So I’d either like a refund or to separate that rate limit if that makes sense? How to get help their AI support gave up and getting no response back submitted by /u/Docs_For_Developers
