When I was in 4th grade I was late to math class around 30 minutes. I walked inside and the teacher alredy seemed pissed off. She started screaming at me that how dare I be this late to class and just go in like nothing happened. She yelled even louder telling me to get out and stay im the hallway. It was a very cold winter day. The hallway had no heating and the broken window let the pouring rain enter and fall on me. I remember being in the verge of tears and then this teacher came up to me asking why im not in class. That teacher was known all over the school to be very tough and that made everyone including me scared of her. My first thought was that im in trouble. But still I told her what happend. Her eyes filled with anger and she told me to come with her. She opened the class door and started screaming at my math teacher so loudly probably the entire building heard. She told her that its so cruel leaving me out in the cold just for being late and that it was not only embarrassing but also dangerous. She kept going and my math teacher seemed she was about to cry. She let me go back inside after that and never did that again. In 5th grade to 6th that teacher who helped me became my teacher and I absolutely loved her . Last year I even got to see her again when I came to volunteer at the new school she moved to submitted by /u/anonymous_19900
