Something changed after updating to Claude 1.24012.11 , and the entire experience feels broken now. Every new session starts setting up a cloud container, cloning the repository, creating a new branch, and doing a bunch of unnecessary setup before touching the actual task. On top of that, Fable barely follows instructions anymore . It ignores clear requirements, goes off in its own direction, and makes simple tasks unnecessarily complicated, one small task takes 30-50 minutes. Before this update, the workflow felt much faster and more reliable. Now it feels like I spend more time fighting the agent than getting work done.
