So long story short I saw today on my (28f) boyfriend (30m) phone that he googled engagement rings. We were cooking dinner and I needed to look up a recipe but my phone was in the other room charging so my boyfriend gave me his phone to use. When I opened up a new tab to search for it a recent tab for an engagement ring popped up! I got so excited and panicked at the same time that I ended up not even googling the recipe and just excited out of google. I was so excited the whole rest of the evening and so curious how long he’d been looking at rings that I lied and asked for his phone so I could send myself photos he took of us at our friends wedding last weekend(I know worst girlfriend of the year)…but I actually went to his search history just to see how much he’d been looking at rings. I didn’t actually click on any of the sites I don’t want to know what rings he’s looking at I genuinely want to be surprised with the ring and I really don’t care what it looks like I just want to be married to him, he could propose with a haribo ring for all I care. His searches say he googled rings about 5 weeks ago and then again 2 days ago. I know everyone will be different but just looking for some personal stories of how long it took you guys between starting to look at rings to proposing!
