This process is now dragging on for 15 months. I had to submit several documents twice already, heard nothing for months (you’re strongly warned not to ask about the status) only to hear that something is missing after 6 months. Then waiting for another six months for a questionnaire from the canton that is asking some of the same things that the confederacy asked. Then waiting for weeks for a interwiev invitation from the Gemeinde which sets a date with very short notice. Then again waiting for 2 months until you hear from the confederacy that demands again two signed confirmations about any pending criminal investigations and the state of your marriage… Not that you submitted that already two times… submitted by /u/Ok-Advertising7982
