Hi all. I am moving to my bought apartment soon. The old owners had an anchor in the ceiling which they used for one of those hanging chairs. I told them to leave it because I thought it could be great for my kid (climbing rope or some other jungle equipment), but then I also thought i could use it for a punching bag. I did martial arts before and I would like to start punching and kicking around to get back in shape. Is it a completely crazy idea? of course I would do it during the day and I can’t imagine i can go punching for more than 30 min. Do I have to negotiate with neighbours in advance or just wait until they complain :)) any experience or suggestions with such arrangements? submitted by /u/julick
