A retired friend of mine spends part of the year in Switzerland and the rest abroad, with the duration varying each time. Is there an internet provider that allows customers to temporarily pause their home internet subscription without cancelling it? Ideally, he could activate it while in Switzerland, pause it for several months while abroad, and resume it when he returns.
