Which problem have you encounter so far? Have you already try to sell flat? Did price was a bit higher at least in comparison for how much you bought it? My partner is super against to buy flat with baurecht as he is concern flat will not increase in value at all and we will end up with huge mortgage we can’t pay back and no one would like to buy our flat in 30 years. submitted by /u/Pretend-Support
