Recent updates that made this boss easier to learn: When you die, you now appear back outside the room. You no longer need to run back to the boss to get your gear. Items now re-equip when you die in their correct order. When you die, you can regear in 5 seconds. Hallowfell. You can use it to kill both husks at the same time, or the parasite in one hit Blisterwood Stakes. Makes the sleepwalker phase very doable as it has 1 extra tile of range. They removed a phase last year. The grind is more than 25% faster. Tips: Bring Hallowfell Bring Blisterwood Stakes Bring 1 prayer regen potion Bring a blood fury Bring at least 2 Sanfews Bring your best crush gear Bring a 4 way mage swap (only dmg % matters, not accuracy) Don’t bring a spec weapon while learning. Don’t bring thralls while learning. Don’t bring any health restoring items when learning. Your goal is to clear phase 1 without food. If you can clear phase 1 without food, start bringing food. Phase 2 and 3 are exactly the same. Learn fast by dying, re-gearing, going straight back in. No banking until you run out of prayer pots. bring lots of prayer pots. When you know you can’t heal, you will not get overwhelmed trying to save your run. You won’t die from 1 mistake. Death comes from making 2 mistakes in a row. Do actions between prayers, just like at Jad. Pray correctly, do one action (eat, swap gear or summon thrall), go back to your prayer menu, repeat. Keep doing that until your health is back to full once you take damage. Melee attack is one tick faster. You should always be hovering prot melee.
