I swear I am getting these types of messages so much with Opus 5. That being said I am primarily attributing it to the increase in open ended prompts I have been giving it which have mostly been amazing but there are times when it royally screws up. And everytime it always acts likes it pats itself on the back for admitting that it messed up.
