It seems like a lot of manager types avoid being alone with young women employees, avoid mentoring them, or so forth. In my working with young women especially straight out of college, there is often an awkward phase where they aren’t sure how to dress or act professionally yet and even a false accusation can ruin a guy’s career. Its perhaps unfair to “punish” all women for the actions of a few, but it seems common. What do you do, if anything, to protect yourself at work? submitted by /u/Dizzy-Memory2231
