With the obvious exception of this platform, I’ve completely removed myself from all other platforms (No Facebook, X, Insta, Tiktok reddit, or anything else) and aim to read ebooks or physical books instead of going straight for the phone.

I’ve prioritized reading fiction by authors that are writing about empathy, human connection, and love in a direct response to a world that seems to be staunchly about the opposite. I also try to discuss what I’m reading with the other readers in my life.
