I’ve read tons of posts about Opus 5 issues specifically its verbosity however a much bigger problem I’ve been facing is, it DOES NOT follow instructions and the Claude.md seems useless. The instructions are loaded in its context but it keeps neglecting them. Has anyone figured out how to make 5 follow instructions? My Claude.md is very concise so bloat isn’t an issue. submitted by /u/fapste
