Hello I am a 19 year old man and since I graduated I put on a bit of weight (25lbs or so) and I feel like I have began to sweat more than I used to. I plan to eventually get into the gym and try to lose some of the weight but is there anything I can do to combat the sweating problem now? It’s not like super excessive sweat but like while I am at work I have an almost constant light sweat that builds up throughout my shift. Specifically in my arm pits, crotch area, and back. I also am a college student and I while I enjoy my t shirts and shorts I know eventually I will need to dress nicer for certain occasions and or jobs so I would like to know how to handle the sweating so I can wear nicer clothes without sweating through them. Another thing I’ve struggled with is finding jeans that fit well. Even when I buy some more expensive jeans they always seem to fit tightly in the quads. I played football in high school so my quads may be a bit more large than others but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on finding good jeans that fit well in the quads without being super wide in the calf area. Sorry about the length just wanted to cover everything at once. submitted by /u/Public-Hamster-9224
