Hi All! New-ish Claude user here with a quick question: Having issue with Opus and Fable missing errors in a project. I will direct it to make sure to triangulate the issues and fix everything fully. It comes back with - all is good. I read through the response and find a few errors or omissions. When I call out Claude it tells me: “You’re right to push on that and I should have picked that up. Here is the new fix…”. How do I get it to fix on the first run? submitted by /u/BlueFootRed
