Workplace and formal first meetings, perfect, a handshake works great. Anything in between and it goes off the rails. The amount of times I’ve had to do the awkward guessing game of: is this a dap up? is this a hand clasp half hug? is this a chest bump? For god’s sake it’s obnoxious.
