A bit of a power user. A few have asked for some stuff. I am Santa today. https://github.com/MiningTheSkies/agentic-company-seed As title says: I distilled my agentic company’s operating doctrine into a public seed kit. Hand it to Claude, get your own version.
The operating doctrine of a company that runs almost everything through Claude Code. Constitution architecture. Verification that executes instead of reads. Delegation + model routing. Governed memory vs passive memory, and why passive lost. A 31-class failure taxonomy mined from our own wreckage. Session lifecycle. The end state, honest about built vs designed. Not my repo genericized - it is a distillation. Designed it so it integrates with your context (if you want, or it can be fully separate). BOOTSTRAP.md — Claude surveys what you already run, then generates your system fresh, integrates patterns into your setup (never overwrites your files), or audits what you have MENTOR.md — Claude teaches the whole thing hands-on, running a tiny stateful version of the system on your own learning until you can build the real one Or skip both and steal pieces. The doctrine files stand alone. FIELD_NOTES.md is the receipts — what every rule cost us. Adopt in stages or it becomes shelf-ware. The README explains MIT. Take it apart. Also, this is my first sharing with the community. I am officially graduating from lurker to… not lurker? Have fun. Good luck. There’s a ton that’s not in there, but it’s good nonetheless. I’ll update it every other week (on cron). If you want to make it better, would love to see it. Also, if this sucks, let me know, I can always make it different. I’ll have my AI monitor this thread to see what y’all care about. Side note: for anyone looking for a copy+paste, this is not that. This is a “I don’t want to hate life for the next N months, I wish someone had a big lesson’s learned that I could start from” kind of thing. This should also be useful for advanced/principal engineers out there too. If not, let me know. Happy coding! submitted by /u/idcydwlsnsmplmnds
