Hi! I few days ordered a 600 CHF musical instrument (delivered by DHL) that arrived in a suspicious state (it looked like it had been thrown around brutaly and was poorly packaged). The product seemed to work fine (for now at least) but i thought it would be better to return it and go buy another one in a shop instead, just in case. So i completed the seller’s return form on their website and checked the box ‘return with UPS’ (since i already had a bad experience with DHL). But then, i went online and saw that their collect center in my town has a 1 star average note on google maps. Most complains are about them losing packages. So now i’m wondering : 1. if UPS loses my package, which recurses do i have ? Is there a ‘fraud regulation agency’ in CH that i could contact ? Should i take the risk to use UPS ? Or should i try to go with DHL ? Or should i keep the product since (despite its suspicious state) it seems to work fine (for now) ? submitted by /u/Practical-Goose666
