If someone automatically reads publicly accessible website data (no login, no paywall), does not bypass any technical protection, respects the robots.txt file, sends only moderate requests, and does not store or process any personal data, how do Swiss rules treat such a theme? The scraping would only be for private use, such as analyzing publicly visible product listings or prices. No resale, no redistribution, and no commercial use. The TOS doesn’t allow it.
