Just saw that On Running stock crashed 20% yesterday. They have been growing and hiring like crazy since Covid. I heard from acquaintances working at On in Zurich that the company has been feeling unstable, with no clear direction nor leadership for a while. Now I wonder if On is going to be the next big Swiss company to cut a ton of jobs in Switzerland, as we’ve seen so many companies doing in the last couple of years.
