In 2018, I was having labrum / rotator cuff surgery to finally fix the issue of my constantly-dislocating shoulder. ((sidebar: How bad was my shoulder at the time? It was so bad that when I did a spin move during a basketball game to get around the defender. . .with absolutely zero contact, stumbling, etc. . .the spin itself threw my arm out of the socket. Rough times!)) While being evaluated & prepped for surgery, my doctor injected a liquid into my shoulder that would make everything easier to see during X-rays, MRIs, etc. The needle was a good 8-10 inches long. Now, do you remember the cartoons where the doctor would tap someone on the knee & they involuntarily kick him across the room? WELP - Once my doctor got his needle about halfway into my shoulder, he hit a nerve. When he did, my left arm flew forward & DRILLED him in the diaphragm; knocking the air out of him and sending him backwards where he tumbled over a chair & slammed into the door! He was fine after a few mins, but when he briefly left the room to compose himself. . .I almost had a stroke I was laughing so hard! LOL! submitted by /u/THEbeautifuLIE
