Initially, she responded cheerfully saying her best friend also plays the game. 15 minutes before the end of the day, she messaged me on Slack asking if I could chat for a minute. Her exact words: “I don’t know how to say this without sounding inappropriate, but are you on the autism spectrum? You’re so organized and meticulous at work, and after finding out you play runescape, it all made sense.” I didn’t want to laugh in case her friend had autism, so I bit my tongue hard to stifle my laughter.
