The Wyrm course might have intervals of extended periods of low-intensity, but they aren’t consistent. Yes they occur at the same point in time however all courses tend to have brief intervals like this. If I was doing something and I was say, glancing at my phone every 20~seconds to try and do agility in a “low intensity” way and clicking on one obstacle then looking away and repeating. I could achieve the same result at essentially ANY course and get better exp just going to a higher level course. So despite it being advertised as a “Low intensity/AFK” method of training agility it fails to do this comparitively on any front to any other course. Realistically for this to TRULY be a low-intensity course it could only really be achieved if they change the # of inputs required to complete the course, lengthing the time really does nothing on average. It should either consolidate the # of actions. It should be a 3 input course being 1 to reach the ladder. 2 to climb and cross, 3 to cross and finish. Or it should simply rip off the bandaid and be a 1 action course but reduce the exp substantially so that it’s a true to the word “low intensity” course. submitted by /u/Mmrrggll
