Hey guys I’m posting here bc I just got the news that my company (start up) might be closing down in June and I’m panicking!!! I’m a non EU citizen Came to Switzerland in Sep2020 did my masters at ETH Found a job and started working Jan2025 with unlimited contact in Zurich My B permit expires Sep2026, don’t think the permit is tied to the employer I’m wondering 1. how long can I stay in switzerland after the company closes to look for a job 2. Is it possible for me to already apply for the fast track C permit? I have been in swizterland for more than 5 years and I have been working for more than 1 year (I know, not two years yet, bummer) 3. General advice?
