I am starting to take working out more seriously now but I am quite bad at sticking with things. What have you done to stay consistent. Ideally working out at home, rather than the gym. I have posted elsewhere about this and was mainly told that you have to want it. That is totally the main thing, but are there any actual tricks or tips to getting disciplined and sticking to it? I also have ADHD which makes it harder to remember to do important stuff submitted by /u/Smart-Angle-2061
