Have been building software for the last six months with Claude (2x Promax), and very recently with Codex as a helper/auditor. I have a protocol for using a Claude-Codex team to audit and remediate. I was not supervising closely. Codex went a little crazy in the last session and created a workspace with a massive amount of files. I was lazy and asked Claude to clean up, and Claude said there was like 80 GB in a Codex worktree. I was shocked. I told Claude to delete them, and then my account got suspended.
