So I’ve been “talking” to this girl for a few months as a kind of just friends thing. We dated briefly a few of years ago but we ended up breaking up, then became friends again like 8 months later. We’ve been hanging out sparsely until this month that we’ve begun to hang out more. A few days ago she told me that she wanted me, but it was in a more sexually oriented way than romantic if that makes sense. We made out yesterday and plan on being intimate sometime soon but I can’t shake the feeling that I’m leading her on, even though she hasn’t made any comments or suggestions about necessarily wanting to be in a relationship. I really do like this girl as a person and a friend (friend with benefits maybe idk), but she has some bad habits (vaping, smoking weed often, and she’s also not the most emotionally available person). I kinda don’t see myself with someone who does that long term. We’re also both starting college near the end of this month so I know it’s gonna be taking up a lot of my time and I don’t think i’d be available enough for a relationship. I’d be lying if i said that i didn’t want to get intimate with her, but I also don’t know if i want to be in a relationship with her right now and i don’t want to lead her on in the case that she does actually want more. How do I go about talking to her? Should I talk to her at all or just let things play out and see how it goes? TL,DR: I’m conflicted about a girl. We’ve kissed and plan on doing the deed sometime soon but I don’t know if I want a relationship (if she even wants one at all) and I don’t know what I should do. submitted by /u/HappySlapper22
