My go-to meal when I’m too lazy to cook but still want something healthy is low-fat, low-sugar tortellini with freshly chopped garlic for the immune system and vitamin C, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to prepare and only requires one pot. Do you have any dishes that are healthy but even lazier to make, or at least on a similar level? My criteria for laziness are: time, effort, and the number of pots/pans required. submitted by /u/Vas1r
