Hi all, I am 8 years post phd, I live in CH, working as a senior researcher at a local university. I want to transition to the pharma industry but I am not sure how to go about it. Should I just continue to apply for jobs? Or should I also connect with people on LinkedIn? Any advice on how to format my resume? My skillset includes genomics, bioinformatics, big data integration, experience leading a team, teaching, and science communication.
