anyone else basically given up on subagents? all their output lands in one transcript, I can’t fold any of it away, and when agent A needs something agent B found, the transfer mechanism is me, copy pasting between tabs. tried worktrees and they work, but then nothing shares context and I’m the only one who knows what the other terminals are doing. current experiment is a group chat thing where the agents write into one thread and answer each other. it’s janky, but I’ve stopped being the middleman, which at this point is all I wanted. what do you actually do when you run more than one thing at once? submitted by /u/ronin4001
