Outside of the obvious answer of " hoard holiday/rare items ". Mine would be making unique accounts, specifically during the era when PvP was most active. A Skiller with only 70 HP/43 Prayer (In full prayer gear) would be nearly impossible to kill at Level 23 as an example, making Runite Ore mining in the wilderness a fairly risk-free activity. You’ll have plenty of time to level it with lamps. Another would be a Ranged Tank at Combat Level 97, 99 Defence/Range/Mage and you’ll be tough, hard to hit with any form of magic and can deal damage that rivals melee at range without having to wear any form of heavy Runite armor, outlasting most players with your run energy alone. I’d forgo leveling Prayer entirely as well as it’s a hinderance without Prayer Potions in most activities. Tri-bridding wasn’t a thing back then either.
